Class Descriptions

 

DANCEXTREME

(by Latin rhythms fitness) is a Latin base fitness program. It is the first dance base fitness program that is 100% Australian owned and developed. It will provide you with a full body workout using easy to execute HARD core dance moves and genre such as, reggaeton,salsa,samba,lambada,jazz,hip-hop and more.

BOXING

Enjoy a 45 min class with an instructor and music in our Jim Bradley Boxing Circuit Studio.  Our studio has speed balls, ceiling to floor bags, punching bags and more. 

 

CYCLE

A 45 minute indoor cycling class, suitable for all fitness levels; this is a non impact class with interval based training! Great for burning calories and controlling your own workout!

 

QUICKSPIN (30 Mins)

A 30 minute indoor cycling class that is suitable for all fitness levels. A great place for beginners to start, a shortened class focusing on cycling technique while still delivering a great workout!

 

SUPERSPIN (1 Hr)

The Tour De France! This hour of power is the ultimate indoor biking challenge! Not recommended for beginners, your instructor will take you to the next level. Prepare for a serious workout!

 

X TRAINING

Combining dynamic strength work with high intensity cardio, this 45 min all-over body workout delivers results FAST!

 

PILATES MAT

A popular body conditioning system focusing on centering the body, releasing stress and strengthening abdominal muscles.  Correct breathing and refining the mechanics of respiration are essential to this technique. Classes combine traditional and fitness pilates methods.

 

FITBALL/FITBALL FUSION

A unique and effective exercise class using fitballs & weights to sculpt and tone every muscle whilst providing core stability and functional strength. Fusion classes also combine Pilates and include the use of  weights, balls & bands. SHOES MUST BE WORN IN BOTH CLASSES

 

YOGA

Floor work & stretching exercises, excellent for improving flexibility, balance, breathing, healing specific ailments and enlightening the spirit. Styles include Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Somachi, Tibetan Heart & Hatha.

 

AB BLAST

A half hour abdominal workout that tones shapes and strengthens your mid-section!

 

STRIVE

A 45 min class designed to aim for your very best! Training techniques and equipment will vary, but no stone will be left unturned! You will be encouraged to drive to your utmost. Prepare to push your limits as strain, sweat & hard work are vital as you shoot for your goals!

 

KIDZ FIT

A 45 minute fitness class specifically for children aged between 8 – 16 years. Classes include: boxing, Fitball, X Training and Sh’Bam to improve general fitness, kids will have fun while being challenged. Memberships available, casual classes $10 per child.

 

 

 

BodyAttack is the sports inspired cardio workout that promotes strength and stamina! Combining athletic aerobic moves, sports inspired training, strength and stability work this class will help you Get Fit, Stay Fit or Get Fitter!
