Bodypump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
BodyCombat is a fiercely energetic program that is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
BodyJam is an addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and centre and get high on the feeling of dance.
BodyBalance Is a Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
BodyVive is a low-impact group fitness workout that lets you choose just how hard you work.Using the VIVE™ balls, VIVE™ tubes and optional hand weights you're talked step-by-step through the entire class by a skilled instructor, while listening to uplifting and inspiring music. Freestyle Classes
BOXING Enjoy a 45 min class with an instructor and music in our 40 station Jim Bradley Boxing Circuit Studio. Our studio has speed balls, ceiling to floor bags, punching bags and more. SWEATMASTER/SPINA unique combination of Spin and Boot Camp style strength and cardio training. A high level of fitness is recommended!
SPIN (45 Mins) A 45 minute indoor cycling class, suitable for all fitness levels. This is a non-weight Bearing class with interval style workouts, options to control your own individual Workout!
QUICKSPIN (30 Mins)A 30 minute indoor cycling class, suitable for all fitness levels. A great place for beginners to start, a shortened class focusing on cycling technique while still delivering a great workout!
SUPER SPIN (1 Hr) The Tour De France! This hour of power is the ultimate indoor biking challenge! Not recommended for beginners, your instructor will take you to the next level. Prepare for a serious workout!
X TRAINING A circuit style class using simple but high intensity moves, exercises and activities. A great cardio workout that may include strength work.
PILATES MATA popular body conditioning system of centering the body, releasing stress and strengthening abdominal muscles. Correct breathing and refining the mechanics of respiration are essential to this technique. Class is suitable for all fitness levels. FITBALL A unique and effective exercise class using fitballs plus weights to sculpt and tone every muscle whilst providing core stability and functional strength.

COREBURN30 Be guided through 30 minutes of core exercises aimed at strength & stability. Using Pilates principals & resistance exercises, these sessions focus on back health & flexibility plus creating a more toned & shapely torso.
YOGA Floor work & stretching exercises, excellent for improving flexibility, balance, breathing, healing specific ailments and enlightening the spirit. At Re-Creation Carnegie our Instructors teach Tibetan Heart, Somachi & Traditional Ashtanga Yoga
