BodyAttack is the sports inspired cardio workout that promotes strength and stamina! Combining athletic aerobic moves, sports inspired training, strength and stability work this class will help you Get Fit, Stay Fit or Get Fitter! With fitness options for all levels dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate the team to finish together!

 

BodyStep is an energising step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

 

Bodypump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

 

BodyCombat is a fiercely energetic program that is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

 

BodyBalance Is a Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

 

BodyVive is a low-impact group fitness workout that lets you choose just how hard you work.Using the VIVE™ balls, VIVE™ tubes and optional hand weights you're talked step-by-step through the entire class by a skilled instructor, while listening to uplifting and inspiring music. CXWORX based on cutting-edge scientific research, this program is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques, and "slings" connecting the upper and lower body. This workout will leave you looking good and feeling strong. CXWORX™ provides a seriously challenging and effective workout in just 30 minutes.

 

 

Freestyle Classes

 

ZUMBA

A fusion of Latin dance styles, this hugely popular class will have you shaking and grooving so much you’ll forget you’re working out! Ditch the Workout and Join The Party!

 

BOXING

Enjoy a 45 min class with an instructor and music in our 40 station Jim Bradley Boxing Circuit Studio.  Our studio has speed balls, ceiling to floor bags, punching bags and more. 

 

SPIN (45 Mins)

A 45 minute indoor cycling class, suitable for all fitness levels. This is a non-weight Bearing class with interval style workouts, options to control your own individual Workout!

 

QUICKSPIN (30 Mins)

A 30 minute indoor cycling class, suitable for all fitness levels. A great place for beginners to start, a shortened class focusing on cycling technique while still delivering a great workout!

 

SUPER SPIN (1 Hr)

The Tour De France! This hour of power is the ultimate indoor biking challenge! Not recommended for beginners, your instructor will take you to the next level. Prepare for a serious workout!

 

X TRAINING

Combining dynamic strength work with high intensity cardio, this 45 min all-over body workout delivers results FAST!

 

PILATES MAT

A popular body conditioning system of centering the body, releasing stress and strengthening abdominal muscles.  Correct breathing and refining the mechanics of respiration are essential to this technique.  Class is suitable for all fitness levels.

 

FITBALL

A unique and effective exercise class using fitballs plus weights to sculpt and tone every muscle whilst providing core stability and functional strength.

 

STRIVE

A 45 min class designed to aim for your very best! Training techniques and equipment will vary, but no stone will be left unturned! You will be encouraged to drive to your utmost. Prepare to push your limits as strain, sweat & hard work are vital as you shoot for your goals!

 

AB BLAST

A half hour abdominal workout that tones shapes and strengthens your mid-section!

 

YOGA

Floor work & stretching exercises, excellent for improving flexibility, balance, breathing, healing specific ailments and enlightening the spirit. At Re-Creation Carnegie our Instructors teach Tibetan Heart, Somachi & Traditional Ashtanga Yoga

 

KIDS FIT

A 45 minute fitness class specifically for children aged between 8 – 16 years. Classes may include  boxing, fitball and general fitness training, kids will have fun while being challenged. Memberships available, casual classes $10 per child.
